Alan Duncan t/a workingIT.co.uk. Alan is an electrical engineer by training with over 30 years experience in a technical sales and marketing environment with a large multi-national company. As Business Process Development Manager, responsible for the development of business critical IT systems, he became convinced of the need for IT development to be very much business driven, with business personel taking a leading role throughout. Alan 'retired' in August 2001 and set up workingIT.co.uk. He believes in technology that works for business.
