Our new phone and broadband connection was ordered at the beginning of April. It was finally installed today (21 June)!

Many thanks to Plus Net and BT Open Reach who between them conspired to:

• Disconnect an operational telephone point within our office the week before we moved in
• Lost/mixed up/cancelled the original order.
• Raised a new order but refused to do other than put our installation back to the end of the queue.
• Under pressure improved the installation date from 17th June to 21st June!
• Issued their first bill within 10 mins of connection being made live!

We are indeed thankful for small mercies.
